Job Description
Job Summary
Our client is searching for a leader for their Talent Acquisition Team. This individual will be responsible for:

Implementing and developing talent acquisition processes, interviews, hiring and onboarding for all job openings at the company.

Will review potential candidates and recommend finalists for different roles in coordination with Staff, based on a thorough interview process of the candidate.

Will anticipate to new talent needs by developing and maintaining a close communication with hiring team and Staff to understand the organizational context and company's vision.

Will lead and execute branding campaign in order to attract talent from colleges, job boards, career fairs, etc, in order to situate the organization's career development opportunities.

Will analyze company's turnover rate and cause, and will help in developing strategies in coordination with Management team to improve this.

Will meet established metrics determined for the deparment.

Will maintain a talent pool for roles with higher turnover.

Will be responsible to develop and implement formal onboarding process for new hires.

Will train and certify hiring managers in talent acquisition models previously reviewed and approved.

Will implement processes, policies and procedures to the recruitment area and guarantee implementation of these.

Will design and execute continuous improvement projects for the department.
The Candidate
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

+5 years of experience leading talent acquistion teams.

+3 years of experience in recruitment and interviewing of executive roles such as management positions or director roles.

Broad knowledge in talent acquisition techniques and best practices.

Leadership in project management for the deparment.

Solid network of candidate pools that provide an advantage for recruitment and talent acquisition efforts.

Competency interview skills.

Fully fluent in English and Spanish

Knowledge in database administration and analysis to review trends.

Knowledge and interpretation of profile assessment testing and reports.

Broad knowledge of salary scales, guides and surveys to asses market offer.

Higher Education Degree in Business Administration, Finances or Accounting preferred or other formal educational background.

Availability to travel.

Must have valid visa. Sentri Program participant highly desirable.
