A leading global manufacturing Medical Device company is seeking a Senior HR Manager to support its manufacturing site in Juarez, Mexico. THE POSITION
The Senior HR Manager will be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, reporting directly to the VP, Manufacturing Mexico, with a dotted line to the global People & Culture function. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive HR initiatives, support leadership, and enhance workforce development. The position involves a mix of administrative, operational, and strategic HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global HR objectives.
- Lead HR operations at the Juarez manufacturing site, ensuring best-in-class HR practices.
- Develop and implement People & Culture strategies, including talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Partner with managers to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive organizational transformation, focusing on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to implement global HR policies and initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Design and execute training programs to support employee development and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with operational execution.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work across multiple countries and functions.
- Deep knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in regional implementation of global HR strategies.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or similar.
