A typical search could be for an Automotive Tier 1 client based in Detroit or Tokyo but seeking to start-up a manufacturing operation in Monterrey, Mexico or a sales commercial office in Mexico City or Sao Paulo, Brazil, and is seeking to hire its initial Management team.
We have a Retained Division focused on recruiting executive level leadership and a Contingency Division focused on recruiting non-executive management and professionals. Our fees are employer paid. Our search division is led by a very talented team of bilingual and bicultural Division Managers and search associates who have extensive professional experience in multi-cultural work environments throughout Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.
