The Leadership Development Coaching Program is an abbreviated coaching program designed to provide support to those transitioning to new roles within your organization.

This coaching engagement is valuable for individuals who are:
• At a level where traditional executive coaching is not considered financially feasible
• Considered very valuable for retention within the organization
• High-potential employees who have been identified on a succession plan and need to be developed to assume a new role at short notice
• Long tenured within the organization and are now required to adapt to a new culture due to a merger/acquisition or leadership change
• Assuming a new position or function as a result of restructuring
