Job Description:

Our client company,  an after market organization  growing and expanding throughout  Mexico is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager.   This opportunity will be the face of the company and will be responsible for  developing heavy duty fleets, distribution centers, and repair shops.  Position will be (home office) while traveling  all of Mexico.

This is a relationship building role offering a high level of technical expertise in the market while driving strategic alliances and turning corners around into successful new business while growing market share.  Must have working knowledge of P&L with the ability to impact promotional and/or capital expenditure decision-making.

Job Duties and Responsabilities:  

  • Work closely with Fleet Accounts, Distribution Centers, and repair shops.
  • Develop local/regional distribution plans to maximize new product penetration and pull through at all levels. Deliver sales plans.  
  • This is definitely a role for Sales Closer - to drive and exceed stocking and POS growth. Study competition as well as customer needs and suggest new products
  • Train and develop personnel in new product features and benefits as well as selling techniques.  
  • Coordinate and execute maximum profitable sales results at key regional trade shows.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications

  • Four year degree
  • Expertise in heavy duty parts and service
  • Connections in major fleets, distribution centers and repair shops
  • Able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Data driven, with ability to keep metrics, study trends.
