Our client is a major global leader who manufactures components and equipment for health care needs. Their aggressive growth strategy has resulted in their current ranking as a top three market share leader.

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Manager to receive, analyze, negotiate and update all information received and requested by the client to give satisfactory answers to their needs through the information obtained from various departments.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the quality of the product, fulfilling the requirements pre-established by the customer.
  • Participate in the company's environmental management system (ISO-14001/04) and follow up on the activities it requires.
  • Report to immediate boss or safety area about safety and environmental anomalies.
  • To ensure the control of environmental aspects and compliance with the objectives and goals of the environmental management system.
  • To manage all the information of the departments of the company, of the forecasts of sales, program of production and orders of sale to the interested areas.
  • Coordinate with the customer about our response capacity for your orders, in times and volumes.
  • Create internal communication channels for the correct tracking and analysis of orders and commitments.
  • To manage the necessary information so that the production of new products or of modifications of the already existing ones, both of the client and internal is effective.
  • Customer maintenance, price lists and sales conditions of all customers.
  • Request the Sales Manager weekly and monthly reports of shipments, production and sales.
  • Analyze all the information regarding pricing between the customer and corporate.

 

Candidate Skills and Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial engineering or similar career.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 2 years in similar position.
  2. Experience in negotiations with customer.
  3. Billing processes with customers.

Skills:  

  1. English 85%.
  2. Computer Management: Excel, Word and Power Point.
  3. Domain in the use of email and Internet.
  4. Ease of word.
  5. Strong service-orientated attitude.
  6. High negotiating capacity.
  7. Easy to get involved, understand and assimilate the different productive manufacturing processes.

Others:

  1. Availability to travel.
