Position Description:                           

As IT Manager reporting to Group Services Manager, will implement and manage the local IT services according to the IT Group Strategy. Cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development are three of the main goals to be achieved managing both human and economic resources and following the ITIL® Standards.

In addition, will also report to central SAP Delivery Manager, as a business partner in supporting the Local Process Owners, Key Users and End Users. Will also define, revise, optimize, test, implementation and document new business processes in collaboration with the colleagues of the SAP Competence Centre Central and the external consultants.

Will be responsible for planning, managing, and tracking IT costs related to assigned organization unit according with the budget validated by Central ICT. Manage local IT supplier and apply needed procurement tasks according with local and central processes.

Acts as a partner for local function directors to define and understand business requirements and propose proper actions/solutions to improve services according with Central IT strategy. Provides required reporting to local OU and Central IT.

Manages assigned IT team and activies to ensure proper IT services on assigned organizational unit.

Support IT services evolution submitting RFC and working with other IT functions to identify possible improvements in existing (or new) IT services.

Understand PO, KU, EU needs and analyze possible solutions in collaboration with SAP Delivery manager and other members of SAP Competence Centre.

Analyze processes, divide them in parts and propose improvements on them. Standardization and documentation of SAP main flows.

Executing system unit testing and supporting integration testing and regression testing. Guarantee the Integrity and correct functioning of the system.

Follow specific projects assigned to him/her with roles defined at program management level.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical related field (IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc.) Master Degree higly preferred.

SAP and/or ITIL certifications a plus.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT environment.

Two to 3 years experience in SAP MM/PP/WM or combination of them in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in project management.

IT Service Management (ITIL) team management deep knowledge ICT networking, ICT infrastructures.

Microsoft Directory Services, Skype for Business, SCCM.

Knowledge of one or more than one of the SAP modules implemented (continuous training is set in order to improve skills).

Excel skills are required. Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken.

Strong communication and training skills.

Ability to manage priorities. Curious, customer oriented and team worker.
