Position Description:                           

The IT Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of all Information Technology for the Hermosillo location. The position requires leadership and experience in supporting SAP user accounts.

and implementing all aspects of the technical infrastructure and the underlying business processes it supports. The IT Coordinator must be able to work in a high-pressure environment where rapid response is required.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with the division business leaders on strategic planning efforts to enhance capabilities through the cost-effective use of technology to include the development of business target state architecture.

·       Serve as the IT point of contact for divisional leadership team, developing a trusted relationship with senior division business leaders.

·       Organize and define the information technology requirements and priorities from the division; facilitate cross-divisional initiatives; ensure other IT Managers are engaged as appropriate.

·       Ensure delivery of the overall project portfolio on time, at or below budget within the expectations of quality and functionality.

·       Support business processes changes at both a global and divisional level, as appropriate, and drive continuous improvement to business process.

·       Lead and guide application development, application support, testing and quality initiatives for the division in coordination with Central IT.

·       Lead and guide technical solutions for the division, playing a supporting role to Central IT for development of technical architecture.

·       Integrate resources cross-functionally and across-divisionally to build virtual delivery teams.

·       Ensure the IT operational environment is secure, stable, and available and performs sufficiently to meet the business needs.

·       Develop and test effective IT contingency plans to maintain business continuity in the event of a serious on-site incident through Disaster Recovery Planning.

Candidate Requirements:

·        Demonstrated leadership skills and prior supervisory experience

·        Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively interact with executive management

·        Exceptional customer service orientation.

·        Bi-lingual – Fluent in English

·        Background in application development, testing and quality.

·        Operations management background, including a working knowledge of network hardware/protocols/standards, PC operating systems and Windows servers.

·        Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.

·        Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

·        Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

·        Good knowledge of SAP implementation and administration

Education and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

·         Ability to be successful in a multicultural environment.

·         Ten years of related experience in Information Technology preferably with a strong development and operations background.

·         Extensive business process knowledge is required.

·        Willing to take International assignments
